I think that the fact that if you're listening to this and you're kind of like questioning things, it's still an important exercise to do for yourself. One thing I recommend people do if they can't physically move is mentally move. You are going to be programmed by what you consume. Make your environment in the current look like the environment you want in the future. And don't worry about unfollowing people too, right? Like sometimes you do have to let go of certain things.
