How to Make a Good Candidate
When you're looking at new candidates, what are you trying to see? What would make someone a good candidate in your mind? OK, this is for all the students in the audience as well. Try to relate it to something you actually did and tell a story about that. You've written papers, you've done thesis, the side thesis says internships. Those all count as valid work experience. Heck, my main role right now by at Capgemini's giving new hires experience on pro bono projects like the World Food Program Project.
