How are you making somebody feel heard when they read your contract, which is out to provide protection for you? Or what about when they get a questionaire from you about their wedding day? Oftentimes we look at this as a way to pre qualify clients. How can we make it hard for them to inquire? We have to put our daily activities first if we want people to see who we are and what we believe in. So if you are going to design a business around serving others first, you should do that. You should serve others first.
