How to Reduce Stress With Exercise
If you are doing high intensity exercise with all the things I just said, meditation, less stress, all of that, you will be at an advantage to somebody that does not exercise at all. We're talking like 30, 40% difference. So really important that you try and include these,. if possible, obviously within reason include more for like moderate to intense exercise within your timetable. If you're not doing one thing, fine. Not fine. It's not the end of the world. But make sure you're doing the other things. Okay.
