The Effect of Naps on Depression and Anxiety
Sleep in particular, slow way of sleep is called a cardo vascular holiday. It is the one time in 24 hours for your entire system to just calm down. Naps can be a great way not only to treat the sleep problems and the stress and anxiety that is caused by not having enough sleep. emotions are better regulated when you are not sleep deprived. So getting nap allows you to have more resources to calm yourself down and just process than regulate emotions.
