We Are the Shade

We're called to be people's shades. Sometimes god is going to provide shade through other people. And part of what the desert teaches us is em not just just enough for us, but it also teaches us how to be just enough for other people. One of thins i love about that sometimes i get intimidated. I hate pastoral care,. if i could be honest, which i guess i am, cause im ona podkas, i despise hospital calls. and suffering sucks like i don't have answers for trial. It has been a long lesson, as i've grown and grown and got older and older, of learning that  i can just sit with people in their suffering.
