Film Review - The Last of the Nineties
It was an interesting movie to revisit just to also be transported back to that era of which was a transitional era I think in terms of independent filmmaking we were just on the edge. It still demonstrates a potential for a great storytelling with bare bones means which I always find very inspiring. This may have been the one of the last of that maybe the 90s kind of pulling yourself up by your own bootstraps kind of filmmakers that were emerging from that era Nolan D'Orntino Somalas probably that I'm forgetting it still is a fascinating study on how to tell a compelling story with very little means and with very little talentAlmost I would say might not be the right way to put
