Is Running During Pregnancy Ok?

From a medical perspective, if you are low risk, there isn't any medical risk associated with continuing thrun during pregnancy. For the public, for muscles, you have to think about them kind of like a hammock that sits at the bottom of the pelvis and baby grows on top of those muscles. There just more demand as pregnancy goes on. So posture changes, you've got more demand on those muscles.
