Most professional services, we just give one price, take it or leave it. We need to get better at offering options to our customers - that's what step three is all about. So offer a green car to gold card, o platinum card, to use the american express terms but so the customer has to make that value price trad off. And when you put three choices in front of a customer, o human brain, the question is not any more, should i hire a jonathan, or should i work with jonathan? It's how should i worked with jon Nathan? Because they're trying to figure out which option is best for them.
