The Starling Crisis
Ukrainian sources have expressed concern over the Starling situation, where they've been seeing periodic outages of communications around the front line. This has been quite significant in terms of operational impact from what I'm hearing. There's a lot of dependence on Starling for military communications, but also for ISAR,. They're using them to look at drone videos and improve artillery targeting among other things.
