Is There a Need for Further Research?

There's no real conclusions to be drawn apart from fact that everyone's just doing something a bit differently depending on where you work. And there's just little in the way of standardization. So it's certainly drawn my attention to the problem, but I don't think I can draw any change in practice based on what the results have been showing. It acts maybe as a reminder to consider complete an assessment for patients going home in a lower limb cast.
