The Differences Between Experts and Novices
Experts differ from novices qualitatively. It's not just a quantitative difference, it is somewhat also a quantitative difference. For example, in like a mountive knowledge, an amount of stuff you know is more, but it's differently structured. So that's the thing we always need to have in mind. I'm going to talk a bit more about the differences between experts and novices. But one thing I want to say before I get there is it's important to recognize that there's a difference between learning and performance.
