The Importance of Critical Self Reflection
Jonathan Singer: I could see this being something that a good clinical supervisor doesn't even have to be just sort of clinical work. But, you know, a supervisor says, all right, so let's work on kind of figuring out what your biases are with these clients,. especially clients that you've worked with for a while. Alan Lomax: We don't have fewer opportunities for critical self reflection as we get more experience; we have to continue in the same vein and remain open to learning.
