The Lazy of T Type in ASP.NET
The lazy of T type is a way to combine the both worlds with the static constructor. And then in this singleton implementation, you can, you know, pass in the delegate constructor to it and still have your static instance. But, you are based off the type. It's another interesting approach on it.
