If the expectation and thesis is correct that in two years from now, we're going to have a mini boom, do you want to be buying in that market or would you rather be buying today? That's the conversation I'm having right now. Because the numbers don't work and it's tough in the pre-sale market. And it will lead to demand shock. It's tough when the cash flow is so tight to make it make it make sense.
