Finding Your Personal Truth

How do you find your personal truth? And how do you even start on that journey? I think it is a process of am under standing a what is your passion at the moment, or this year, or this decade? Is you must connect with your passiona. People in life that are not connected to their passon, that are doing whatever their doing. It's kind of sad, because there you don't have your full engagement of and totality of who you are as a person.
