The world health organization has slashed its guide lines for nitrogen dioxide produced by desil engines by 75%. For particular matter, or p m two point five, the number has gone from ten to five micrograms per cubic cubic meter. They say that we can reduce deaths around the world by 80 % if we get down to those air quality numbers. That's a huge amount of people. Millions of millions of people die every year from air quality effects.
