The Law Doesn't Annull a Promise

Paul: God made this promise to Abraham before he was circumcised, that it would come about through Jesus Christ. Paul says the law came 430 years later and does not annull a covenant previously ratified by God. The inheritance comes by the law, and no longer comes by promise that God gave it to Abraham by a promise. We don't want to imagine that God first isn't interested in loving us as we are.
