Jay Parini: YouTube came out with a research report that said, grand building really requires three different kinds of content. He says the first was called hygiene content and it answers questions for SEO. The next level is called hub content; these are stories that keep you there. And then above that, he says, they call it hero content -- 10,000 word blog post or huge epic animation video describing something.Parini: It's just like you said, Jay, it's that connection. It's the human experience that creates that story. I think we can ground it in a very practical reality.
