Blackstone's Report on the Commercial Real Estate Market
The S&P regionals are underperforming because of negative commentary from the banks. Blackstone, we talked about from a fee generating perspective, I mean, from locked up money, 10 year type management fee money, you can model it pretty well. What will be interesting is what they say about the real estate market, specifically commercial. The dollar sold off pretty hard here, right? So it's at 101 and a half or so. You look at that, it's kind of a match low from that early sort of February low.
