Max: You have to find something that you really enjoy doing it beyond the benefits training wise. I totally understand if somebody doesn't enjoy going for a bike ride because you don't have to. So in the end, it's about finding. It's like a good combination of finding what do you enjoy doing, but at the same time, what would probably bring you some benefits when it comes to your running.
