Scala and the Searchability of Operators

I don't know if I would agree that you shouldn't be able to create your own operators. There should maybe be some constraints around it. But I do think that every operator should have a name at the very minimum. And my proposal to Martin long ago was that there should be a requirement that all operators have to have a name associated with them.
