digital transformation happens because we have the right tools and technology. But i think it's, as a wider contextal shift happening, and is habits that are changing. And then we're focusing on the tools that we need to make those habits change. That's a perfect example from the oil industry. If these people didn't have smart phones, this sort of network of supply and demand wouldn't actually possible if they didn't have that technology at their disposal. So i guess thir's, i guess what i'm saying is, there's no perfect you can't always say that dital transformation starts with tech, or starts with a change in habits.
