Managing Bias in Systems Work

How can i become aware of my own bias as a human ya, it is hard to do. And that's why we have our preflight has a set of questions that people can use. I so right now we're doing work with a state, their early learning division and coming out of covid the amount of child care supply is just so reduced - especially for front line workers who really need it.
