The Relationships Between Quantum States in Brancheal Space

Quantum measurement has to do with reference frames in brancheal space. This is a map of the, the entanglements between quantum states. The relationship between different events and different points in space and time will be different depending on what reference frame we're in. So there's some constraints, some limit on the choice of observation frames that an observer can construct. We believe things get more disordered because they are computationally bounded. But it's basically computational irreducibility which causes them to behave this way.
