The Toxic Cloud of the Supreme Court
We're almost one year from the Supreme Court's decision that kneecapped the Clean Air Act in West Virginia versus EPA. The statute that the court hobbled in that case was literally enacted on the heels of smog, overwhelming New York City. So it's almost like Mother Nature is both protesting the court and crying out that we still need the clean air act. We took this opportunity to come directly to the courts, play in their faces in their backyards.
