Another psychological trigger that is used online and often to hook us is social proof. We as consumers use social proof to determine whether or not we should trust someone or not. If you've seen a blender, one had 4,500 five star reviews and another had three five star reviews, which one will you go with? You're going to go with the one that has all of the reviews.
