Butter Baste Cake Recipes

All my cake recipes are oil baste, because an oil base one will yield. And when you think back to box rate, like, if weno allav ell done, betty crocker, it's always three eggs,. So i don't really care for cakes like that, so i just started doing oil base cakes. Instead of a baking powder, you add soda. That's your leavening agent. For cookies, a the ginger molasses actaly doesn't have any. It just has baking soda in it. Baking soda becomes a ltle bit more important.
