I think ego can get both you and others killed. I wanted a shortcut to being a great leader. Hey, look at me. I'm not afraid to run into this fight. That's probably more of the information on the dad side. Because dads, there's a lot of different ways that people raise their children. Some of them, especially lately, are taking a friend approach of leadership as a dad. So it's my job to prepare for that. And if they don't like me yet, I haven't quite reached a point whereinMy kids told me they hate me. But thankfully, thankfully, no one has ever said 'You're an awful father' so far.
