Use Memo and Callback in Javascrip

Use memo and use call back are by far two of the most tricky hooks that we have in react. We'll talk about it here in a second. Use calmac is for objects in javascrip so if i have an object that has a property of name and a value of james, and then i have a different object, object to, or person to, or whatever, that looks the exact same if i check the equality of those two things,. They're actually not going to be equal in javascript, because it's looking at the reference to those objects, not the values inside of them themselves.
