Non native english speakers have less access to health care. Many of the barriers are institutional, and more individual that many, not all, of the populations. We could also be suid for being incompetent with nonEnglish speakers. There's lack of enforcement of regulation. And we do need to take that a step further by figuring out how best to approach that situation in our clinics.
