The Thomas A. Edison Memorial Tower Light Bulb
The Thomas A. Edison Memorial Tower in Menlo Park, Jersey is 14 feet high. But a 17 foot tall light bulb was created as part of an art installation in Tulsa last year. It took Andrew Romero Toronto two years to create and 50 people to install it. The bulbs are lit from the inside using LEDs - but they can be easily replaced.
