i've been writing and teaching cases about solving these bigger problems. One of the as chane that's changed is students ambitions. We now admit people for leadership potential, not just did they do a great job in accounting classes. And w we look for leadership more than test scores or quantitative. i started a programme across all of harvard which has been absolutely fantastic for later stage leaders who were transitioning from income rearning to their next years of service.
