Roger ferer, who played tennis much later in life, and played a lot of other sport, right? He was building a sense in me, not consciously maybe, but around sport. Which then got channelled into tennis. And once he got into tennis, he built on top of that rit he played for many years after that. I would think that if it's called conscious, if it's thoughtful, it is potentially compounding too. Lets say if you are leading a team in finance, then youare leading ateam in far more suitable than youare leading your team in bit a law,. Your compounding would be in leading, in leadership, in the leadership.
