Do Animals Have Consciousness?
Do animals have free will? And if not, what fundamentally makes them different from human beings? Because consciousness can't be the differentiating factor there, sure? I mean, i think, again, freedom is a spectrum, and consciousness is a spectrum. Like, do you have free will when you um haven't slept for forty eight hours? I would say you have less of it, a lot less. And you also have a lot less consciousness. If a decision comes up, you won't really be able to deliberate aroutd n the world. You have to rely on your past e like instincts to kind of have your body do what it's doing.
