The last 10 years have been great towards digitizing health record. We went from something like 15% of medical record data, for example, in the digital form 10 years ago to today almost 98%. However, majority of this data remains unstructured information so it is estimated about 97% of this data goes unused today. It's a process that's oftentimes very error prone and complex.
