In the digital world, we took this term detox from the substance abuse community, and then we completely corrupted it. The whole idea of a detox is you have a, there's a problem. There's something that's hurting the quality of your life. And so I pitched this declutter instead of a detox because it's like you're cleaning everything out of your house essentially for good.
