The Process Over Goals

I think we could learn a lot more from sports than we let on. I think you need to be sort of focus on the process itself if you want to lock in those wends and make it so you can continually make those wends. You don't getn a hundred at bats as te start o bound. You know, you get like a handful in your life. And i'm trying to get beter at that this time around for sure.
