Is There a Cloud-First Developer Platform?
I left Venture Capital to start a developer platform around the idea that if you could aggregate enough of an audience in one place for developers and do a lot of heavy lifting for them. Ubiquiti 6 was then acquired by Discord, which is where you are today. Oh, we basically didn't miss a beat. I've been lucky to know the founders at Discord for many years. And sometimes you have a chance to team up and accelerate your view of the world. That's what we ended up doing last year. The magic in software often comes from the insane dedication that developers often have to just listening to customers and users.
