I Think the Court Did the Right Thing in Terms of Quantity.

The papers in these cases are all easily available on line, thanks to the court. I'm still not with you that it will be better for the court to have more pages, but there are more pages out there if people want to read them. i think they should give us some kind of an explanation, just to give us, like, there were a bunch of diferent arguments in the petition here. We might not have known which one was convincing. There's also a free speech argument h petitioners made that the court apparently is not buying.
