The Vatican Financial Information Authority filed a suspicious transaction report with the with the AIF. The investigation was was reluctantly undertaken we were told that they didn't want to look into the complete disappearance of the Holy See's operating budget. It turns out the Secretary of State drained your account and it was Cardinal Betchoo who ordered it, according to reports.
