There's no evidence that probiotics supplements rather than probiotic foods are healthy for you if you're otherwise healthy. There is some evidence that if you've got digestive problems like irritable bowel syndrome or if you had something for anxiety or depression, a few other autoimmune conditions, they can be helpful. But don't use them regularly. Use real food instead.
