Is the General Sentiment Getting More Bullish?
Bullard is a political weather vane at the Fed. He kind of does whatever's in fashion at any given time, right now it's fashionable to be hawkish. I think the less you say, the better your chances. The general sentiment is pretty poor for reasons that have nothing to do with the stock market. Even though the actual quantitative sentiment numbers say things are getting more bullish, when I look around out there, people are still pessimistic.
