Empathy Is the Gift That We Give Ourself

Whitney: My greatest wish is that at work, we work from a place of empathy and we listen and ask better questions. Moira: I think so much of work is just us acting out old patterns and our anxieties just reflexively just out of habit to protect ourselves.
