I think one thing which you said. throughout the podcast that actually I wish I had known. Yeah, before I got in is, and honestly, this extends to anything outside of the Zavokas and as well. Except uncertainty. Like there's so many things in my my life where the fact that uncertainty is there is there something wrong. And I think it's really important for young people and particularly white males to be comfortable with not knowing or uncomfortable with discomfort. It doesn't have to be a permanent condition but we're socialized to always always need to know boys are socialized to know things and if you don't know something you'll get you don't worry I'll go

Bob Doto, for the past 20 years, has worked with writers, spiritual aspirants, yogis, teachers, knowledge workers, teaching courses on Zettelkasten, PKM, social media, and spirituality.
