Only a small percentage of the podcasts are really at the size where they can really monotize well with advertising. Not everybody can be a good, funny comedian. Some people make money just by getting better career opportunities because they did a podcast on that they were knowledgeable about. If you're getting into it for montization and that's the only reason you're geting into podcasting, i'd say, stop. Don't just think advertising when you think monetization. We of only five % get to that level.
