Working on improving your life is not a chore or some homework assignment that i'm forcing you to do. It should be the very thing that you're passioned about for its own sake. As long as you have that, despite all that other stuff, you will overcome it. Don't take anything i say here as dogma or as some blind belief, but test it out in your life and see if these principles and these values and these tips that i've given you actually work.
