How to Stop Over-Committing
If you have a self-sabotage tendency, ask yourself what is it that you're scared of? We can't change our habits with the same energy we are currently using in our habits. All we have to focus on here is what we are giving ourselves by changing the pattern. The very energy that you're putting into over-committing that's not working for you,. That's restraining the work. How do you change the habit? It's a softer, gentler, loving energy which allows you to work differently.
