How to Befriend Anxiety

We fear anxiety because we don't have yet the awareness that within us, we have the ability to self-soup. Instead of living our life fearing when it could come back on, what if we lived our life willing to befriend it if and when it showed up? Now, how do you befriend your anxiety? You check in, you feel into the feelings in your body. If you breathe into the feeling for 90 seconds, it will relax. After that 90 seconds, you can compassionately connect to the anxiety and say, hey, what could I do for you right now? What do you need right now?
