Is Remote Coming?

Many companies have announced that they plann to let their employees work from anywhere, even after a vaccine. The idea that remote is coming and the role of the office is changing is not novel. Even bill gates recently predicted that 30 % of the days in the office will go away. But i'll be referring to a more intentional type of hybrid that treats everyone as a combination of remote and in person. Choosing to return to the way things were is like choosing not to adopt softwere a decade or two ago. It's an option, but one that will doom a company to mediocrity.
